Bluetooth with voice command problem

Hi all
Right.....ive paired my iphone 4 with the bluetooth in my Audi A4 B7. when i scroll through using the mfsw i can see all the numbers/names on the dis from my phone, but when i speak the command 'select name' the system replies.... 'the phone book is empty'

What am i doing wrong????

You have not populated the onboard phonebook with voice tags, the phone book being referred to as empty is the onboard 50 voice tagged numbers, not your phones phonebook, hence why it's empty.

So read your manual and populate the voice tags.
