You need to open the screen & kill the power so stays open, check the ribbon underneath to make sure its pushed into the screen 100%, also check rns side is pushed home, if so then could be the sceen, its fixable, but has a cost element, if its the screen thats gone, maybe look at updating to a mk2 model as we could use the fascia to convert an a3 mk2 to a4.
Give me a shout as I could repair, but the cost of new screen repair, maybe wise to consider using the money towards an upgrade.
