Phatbox in 2006 A3

Hi, Can anyone tell me if the A3 has the CD changer cable installed as standard, even though I am not ordering a CD changer.

I am asking this as I am going to purchase a Phatbox and am wondering if the cable is already wired to the back of the glovebox?

******, there was a good thread on this before the site crash a month ago. I think the outcome was that there probably is!! The only way to check is in the passenger side boot bin.. look for the connector wrapped in foam.
