hi there i wont to keep the standerd look but need a minium of 1 set of rca leads can it be done or amd i better of getting a cheap head unit with red front

Depends on the model/age of HU. All Audi HU's have front & rear pre-outs, they are just not on standard RCA connectors. Some are on mini ISO and later models are on Quadlock. Easiest method is to tap the rear pre-outs at the rear amp or sub depending on what you are going to be using them for.
The BLAU adapter (PC3-11) provides front and rear RCA's for ISO HU's (all Audi single DIN HU's are ISO as well as pre-2005/6 double DIN). However you have to unplug the existing feed to the rear amp (or Bose amp if you have Bose) in order to connect it.

So depends what you are doing as to the best method.
