Does anyone know how to connect phone to the system. Currently when I press "tel" it says no phone connected. Ideally I would like to connect by bluetooth from my phone - are there any systems avaliable that can be connected into the back of the unit?

What does it say if you press TEL then SETUP?
You may not have bluetooth fitted.

He has an RNS-E, so the link for mmi 2g BT is useless for his car.

i have the same problem , i dont think the bluetooth is fitted as my phone wont pick it up , whats my options?
