Concert II Cd player starting cd from track 1 everytime i start the car... Anyone know why?

It that the only sympton or are you losing presets as well?

thats the only symton, keeps radio presets fine!!!!...WHen I start the car it displays the track that was playing when it was turned off, then just goes to the start of the CD..

Does the HU turn off momentarily when you turn the engine over?

no it stays on, I think it might be the mute connection for my bluetooth phone kit. I'm going to disconnect it and see if that fixes it...
