I picked up a RNS-D unit off Reesy at ADI and almost completed fitting it.

The unit is in, powered up and working but it keeps asking for the TMC.

I got the TMC, TV module, aerials and all cables.

I'm not worried about the TV side of things, I mainly want the TMC unit in.

I separated the cables for the TMC from the others.

TMC 12 pin plug contains 6 cables
2 - Can
3 - Can
6 - Power. Red/White
8 - Can
9 - Can
12 - Earth. Brown

The earth and power cables are lose. That's not a problem, I can connect them to a ignition live or constant, what ever one it wants.

Canbus cables 2/3 have been cut and lose.
8 and 9 canbus cables go to the 26 RNS-d plug

4 - Black/Blue
5 - White/Black
13 - Canbus
17 - Blue/Red
18 - White/Brown
26 - Canbus

I'm not sure what 4, 5, 17 or 18 does.
Going by the sticker on the head unit,
4 - KL 15
5 - DFA_L
17 - RFLS
18 - DFA_R

Theses four have been cut and I cant see any other cables on the rest of the loom that matches these colours.

I plug the plugs in to the stereo and TMC, give the TMC power and turn the stereo on.
It keeps moaning about lack of TMC.
I'm guessing its the 4 cables that's causing it to error but I'm not sure what theses 4 cables or what they do.

Can any one shed any light on their purpose please?
