THink this is the VW version but I am not sure how different the types are or if there is a similar dicount on the Audi Phatbox.
A few units on ebay right now for £160 if anyone has a VW as a second car...

I have just bought a new Vw version for £88 (collecting it when I go to the states in a few weeks), I now need to fit an audi 13 pin socket to replace the VW plug and then it should connect to the audi cd changer cable. Apparently you can also buy the necessary cable for the phatnoise if you don't want to cut and solder.

I've got a pin out diagram if you want it

US forums suggest that the vw phatnoise will work fine in an audi.

As far as I can remember you must just make sure that the software/firmware version in the phatnoise is compatible with your HU.

If I didnt have the Nav + which uses the SD cards, I would definately go for it..
