Another bleeding dash conversion thread!

Hey guys, before you shout at me I've had a quick search but not found anything (on iPad so could be why)

Basically I'm wondering if anyone knows of someone in the west midlands area that would convert my single din concert head unit to this all singing all dancing audi nav unit.
I would try this myself but just don't have the time and effort due to work etc.

Also does anyone know what sort of price this would cost?
I'm driving a 53 plate 2.0tdi with bose upgrade if that helps

Yeah how much does it cost and are you midlands based? I'd have a go myself but knowing my luck I'd mess it up and don't really wanna do that!

UPDATE:

Have purchased a double din cage ( off ebay complete with card tray, and buttons) and also my RNS-E unit arrived today (part number 8P0 035 193 G) with plug and play adapter as well.
so basically looking at getting this converted and fitted as soon as.
