Bose sub adjust-ability with aftermarket HU

I've had quite a few head-units in the past with after-market subs and have always been able to control my sub level. (as my gf does'nt like it too bassy)

Just wondering if I will be able to adjust the Bose sub level with an aftermarket HU?

No you can't, all you can do is fade to front which will give you slightly less sub as it runs off one front channel and one rear.

I thought as much. As when I adjust the bass levels currently with the standard HU there isn't a sub control. bummer! may have to upgrade to one of your systems at some point!

What pricing are we talking in an 8p, 3 door? (2004)
