Double din in a 8l?

Morning all.
I was wondering if you could fitna double din mk5 platform satnav\ fancy oem unit into a 8l?

You can fit a double din one in yes, not sure about mk5 stereo's though, i think they are a different shape. You can fit some of the Audi 'RNS' to the 8L though

If you have single din, it means losing the drawer above the ashtray, new cage arrangement and Double Din A/C control (narrower then single DIN)
