Thread: Amp Power Lead......

Hi all, i have an Audi A4 (B5 2.5Tdi)
how or where do i get the power leads from the battery into the car, so i can wire my 3amplifiers up.

Through the ECU cover is the easiest method. It drops down into the drivers footwell.

next question... can i run 2x 4guage cables that way too, as i'm running 2x 1800W amps for the amps
and also a 1300W amp for the door speakers.

ideal, many thanks.... was lifting the sill panels to gain access under the carpet for the leads a pain in the arse to do too, as i don't want to pull too hard, or is there a "trick" to taking them off.
can't wait to hear my 2x kicker solobarics running again...... as i had a MX5 (dream, affordable car) for the last 3yrs and had just 1 in the boot, which is a separate compartment and it was somewhat muffled. :D :D

Brute force is needed, but you start with the small panel in the footwell as they are all interlinked, but you do have to be quite aggressive
