Audi A3 Model 8P Facia Adapter..... HELP!!!

I have an audi A3 model 8P and currently the symphony II is in there. Its a double din unit, i want to replace it with a single din.

Does anyone know where i can get a double to single din adapter for my car?

Any help here would go a long long way!
