Thread: Anyone bought one of these or something similar?

The unit looks quite good and the features are pretty impressive. It claims to be plug and play for a B6 A4. Anyone had any experience
with these or similar units?

A friend of mine bought a similar unit for a BMW E46, they take approximately 30 to 40 seconds to fire up from cold.

His unit freezes every now and then, apart from that it's ok, but you get what you pay for, they are manufactured from mainland China as stated in the advert, sending it for repair and getting it back takes up to 6 weeks ad my friend found out the hard way. Would you go 6 weeks with no stereo?


You will also need to add a switched live into your B6 so it's not quite fully plug and play unless you don't mind switching it on and off manually.
