Removing a Concert Stereo

Finally had an afternoon free ,wife out so thought I'd replace the Concert stereo for an Alpine
borrowed a set of keys and the right side clicks and releases no prob the left won't release no matter what I do ,so without resorting to more extreme measures is there something I've missed or it a complete dismantle to get to the left side ?

mines same but other way round....let us know if you find a way round it or have to use extreme force

Done it ! ,bent the left hand key up slightly and when inserting push in but then pull key ring towards the door (if that makes sense)
so it goes in at a diagonal took about 10 mins of carefully easing the key in ,just have to be patient ,I had about 4 separate attempts over a weekend until I managed it .
