Symphony question

Hi guys. This has probably been asked 100 times but i dont want to buy yhe wrong item, picked up my A3 2.0 T tonight and its got the Audi symphony head unit fitted with 6 cd changer where the drinks holders should be, and also a cassette player WTF!!
Is this the right piece of equipment to connect to it for my ipod??

It says it is in the compatability section for an A3 -1996 - 2005 with a Symphony system. I suppose if it doesn't work, you can send it back for a refund as they do say it will work.
 
Hi Mark7, did you purchase this unit and if so does it work OK?

I have the Symphony head unit too in my 2005 A4 and am looking for a way to connect my Ipod Touch.
