About LinkBacksHi I have a 2002 b6 a4 with a concert 2 cd player. Is the head unit supposed to turn on an off with ignition? Also I have the full dis display is it supposed to show the radio info?

Yes it should do both. Both features are controlled by the CANBUS, so maybe previous owner had fitted an iPOD adapter on the changer port and botched the wiring to the CANBUS to do it as they are on the same connector. Pull the HU and take a picture

heres whats behind my radio. Prob explains why my rear speakers and radio info on dis arnt working

Thats just the wiring for a handsfree kit. You need to rummage around behing the HU and find the missing loom for the rear amp. This plugs into the top connector where you currently have nothing.

Andy your a legend, I had a fumble round this morning and hey presto the wire was right down the back. Plugged it in and all working. To thing audi said I needed a new boot sub/ amp
