hi, i have recently fitted a dension 100 to my 05 A3 rnse. the problem im having is that the iphone 4 im connecting says on the screen something along the lines off 'accessory connected' and music cannot be controled through ite only way to control is to press left or right arrow on rnse. surely i should be able to select tracks using the phone itself??

You should read the Gateway 100 instructions, it has 3 modes of operation, AUX GW, IPOD UI and IPOD GW
When in IPOD GW mode it cannot be used, so you need to switch to IPOD UI mode.
CD 6, track 2, hold FF for 3 secs
or if you have a CAN version and a MFSW, then CD 6, source menu, IPOD UI, select from the steering hweel
