Hi does any1 no if I could connect Bose speakers and amp to my standard concert cd player my car in on a 53 plate is the queuing already there

It's possible, but it's a lot of work for very little improvement. Apart from changing all the speakers and sub, you need to rewire all the speakers, run new cabling front to back and to the sub. Far better to go aftermarket, less work for a far better result.
