New double din on Bose system

Hi all

New to the forum so help be appreciated.

I have recently brought my first Audi. It has the Bose system fitted as standard with a double din headunit. However I want to fit a unit that has a front USB socket so I can plug iPod/iPhone into it.

I have found a unit I like but have emailed several companies about fitting it and no reply.

I know I need fascia and maybe a cage, but do I need any special wires to run to amp/sub?

Just buy a Connects 2 or xcarlink which will give you iPOD/AUX in via the cd changer port, far less money and far less hassle.
