Hardly Any Sound From Rear Speakers? 07 A3 Sline Sportback.

I thought there was no sound coming from the 2 rear speakers, but when I fade to the rears there is sound but very very faint.

Is this normal does anybody know ?

Not normal on the stock system, has someone upgraded the HU?
