a3 8p bose amp issues (i think)

hi there, ive got some issues with the bose on the a3, the drivers side speakers sometimes work and some times get a pop,

i think its the amp thats faulty, i striped it down and checked for dry solder joints but found none, i have resoldered what i can, but the issue is still there,

does anyone know of a place that sells exchange units or repairs them,?

or does anyone have a sportback 5door bose amp for sale?

there is one but I'm not going to pay £180 for something that might not last or work,

would prefer a know unit or guaranteed repair

There's usually loads, and for around £70-£90. Must be the new year - no ones selling any yet. Any 8P Bose amp will do as they are all the same regardless of A3/S3 model.
