hi all first post for me so hi,
im trying to connect a multichanger to my standard bose equiped radio,(single din cd player) but have noticed that behind the radio there is allready a cable pluged it the socket,

would the cable be allready run as standard even thought i dont have multichanger?

i have read some where else that its prewired for a changer but any idea where too,

I don't think 8P's were ever prewired as the CD changer mounts in the glovebox. Maybe somebody had wired something previously.

looking at the iso plugs at the rear off the radio there is one large plug that is connected to the changer and pre outs,

its factory wiring, ive looked into the glove box to see if i can find the multichanger plug but its not there,

my mistake ive looked into it as im fitting a parrot, there was a phone mute adaptor extension fitted into the radio, the audi wiring doesnot have the pins fitted, (but it will have soon)
