Will this fit on the back of an sline avant ? Also does anyone have any pic of 19's on std sline ride height ?

They will be @16mm further out than Audi 19" wheels, (half inch + differance in offset) this might be ok and depends what look your after, 10mm is the max I would go for, but I live on muddy roads so prefer it not flinging up side if car.
