Hi, just wondering if someone could help me out? I've got a few lights/ warnings on my dashboard and was wondering if it's common fault and how to go about fixing it?

The abs light is on and what looks to be like the traction control and is coming up with fault 00285 (wheel speed sensor, front right g45)

the parking brake malfunction warning light is on and fault code 03200 (switch for electronic parking brake e538)

is it just a case of replacing the abs sensor and handbrake switch or is there more to it than that??

any help would be much appreciated.

thanks in advance peter.

tricky one.........me personally would replace abs sensor and then see what happens, have you tried clear the codes?

Yea I'm going to replace the sensor as clearing the codes done nothing, has anyone replaced the parking brake switch before or know how to take apart the centre console to get at it???

if you clear codes and code is still present....replace front right abs sensor.......dont start messing with something else.

as above do the sensor fisrt clear codes and it may sort both.

if not just pull the cover off and change p switch that way.

did both faults start at same time ?

abs sensor usually brings up both faults
