Comfort window function

My Audi has this function as I can see it in the MMi menu, but when I try to open or close the windows with my remote by holding down the open/close button nothing happens. It is enabled on the MMi.

Anyone have any ideas of how to get this working?
Do I need to somehow program my key?

if its set in the mmi it should work
you have to hold down for a few seconds mot just one click
and keep holding down till open or closed

Oh its working now.... that's weird, first couple of times I tried it, it didn't work.

After washing the car seems to be working now, bizarre

It was probably just been awkward due to not been bathed for a while and felt sorry for its self
