number plate and interior lighting

Wondering if someone has the answers. I want to change my number plate bulbs and interior lights to white L.E.D's does anyone know which bulbs I will need? Car a 58 plate. Thanks.

Has the audi concert system. It was sold to me as having it but just says "telephone not installed" guessing it doesn't have it.
