Heater always comes on at number 11 ?

Is there anyway I can adjust this as I always end up turning it down !

Mine comes on at number 11 if the front screen demist is on or if I have the temperature turned up to 'HI' but apart from that I've never had it do that I'm afraid.

As a hove. Think if it set to de it's it automatically comes on at 11, don't kno if there's a way of stopping it other than makes sure your not set to delist when you lave the car
