Coming home, and leaving home lights

Hi guys.

About to pick up my new B8 08 plate non sLine with auto lights and wipers. Just wondering if there is any ability to activate coming home and leaving home lights function. I have had a search seems people already have this. I had it retrofitted to my a3 8p....

it will have them already

you need to go in mmi to adjust the time on off etc

So long as you have auto lights you will have them. You need to leave your lights switched to auto for them to work though. Your radio will have a button saying car. You can adjust the duration and settings in there.

Does using the coming home/leaving home lights knock the life out of the car battery? I was always under the impression that putting lights on before starting the engine was bad for the car battery.
