Is this a good price for new A4 S Line?

I've been looking at A3's but for a bit more money I have seen an Audi A4 S Line 1.8 TFSI 170BHP on Drive The Deal for £22,186 instead of £28,130 RRP. This seems like a very good discount (around 20% off). Are UK dealers offering this kind of discount too, or is this going to be the cheapest around?

Also torn between which is the better engine to go for (1.8T or 2.0T). I only do 12,000 miles pa, and am looking for fuel efficiency as well as a bit of oomph on the motorway when needed. Which has the better potential for tuning/re-mapping?
