Hi guys I have owned 4 a4 avants over the years from1.9 sport through 170 alone to 143 b8 sline ,I thought I would start looking at other stuff out there with a view to possibly changing .Tonight I had a test drive in 320 d msport, I liked the interior etc but after reading all the reviews about the BMW driving dynamics etc I was left somewhat underwhelmed.Nice enough car but maybe I expected more.Anyone any similar experience.

I test drove one before I bought the 2.0 TDI SE.
It had all the toys but just felt a bit dark and bland inside.
The drive also felt a bit clunky and unrefined so I went for the Audi.

I've had a 320d E90 which I thought was really good. Plenty of power and good mpg on long journeys. Rubbish mpg around town thought! And I have to agree the BMW interiors are very bland. The Audi 2.0TDi 177bhp has plenty of power but not very good mpg but it does have a better interior and I would say its got better looking exterior.
