I've had the tiptronic 3.0TDI for just over a week now and while commuting to work and back it's seemed fine, but on Friday night I tried a 0-60 and was sorely dissappointed when the time was around 8.3s

Having looked at the video, it seems the tiptronic box is not engaging very quickly when launching.
So any idea on what I can check, or have sorted on the box to get the 0-60 as close to what Audi advertise as possible.
Car has 50k miles on the clock, has FSH with Audi under freeway plan.
When I launched, the box was put into "S", ESP was turned off, and I basically just floored it.
