I have a 2012 seat exeo fitted with the 170bhp common rail engine like the b8, and I have been getting rubbish mpg, one guy on seat-cupra.net has has his cut out, and the dealer said there is a know issue with 140s and the egr/ throttle, and he has had the same on his 170..
Theres far more b8s than exeos so I wondered if you guys had any problems, or could check your egr valves, this is mine,
Can other folks check theirs, ESP 170 owners and post up how their looks after x many miles, it's dead easy to do, the enine cover just lifts off, and then it's a flat head screwdriver to undo the the jubilee clip, then just pull the pipe off, a 2 min job,
