Any cons to mount 2.7/3.0 TDI exhaust on a 2.0 TDI?

As per title, are there any negative impacts of mounting a 2.7/3.0 TDI exhaust (back boxes and Y pipe) on a 2.0 TDI (143)?

Any help is appreciated.
 
theres loads . so i suggest you dismiss the idea and let me have your twin exhaust and valance
