Does anyone know who could refurbish black edition wheels in Leicester area?

my Dad got these done in Hemelhemstead for £170 but they can do in in the original colour with diamond polish for £250 but the diamond polish wont last hence we went for metalic black Rotor Arm 18 Alloy Audi TT A3 MK2 GOLF 5 & 6, LEON MK2, OCTAVIA MK2 | eBay

Does anyone know who could refurbish black edition wheels in Leicester area?
