Hi guys!

I just bought my first car and finally settled on a 2008 B8 A4 1.8TFSI.

I didn't like the look of the stock 17" alloy so I decided to look for a 18" Audi alloy but its so difficult to find an A4 ones so after nights of researches and studying about offsets and wheel width and so many technical terms that looks completely foreign to a car noob, I got these A5 18" alloys which has a 8.5inch width with an ET of 29.

The overall inner clearance is increased by 3mm and the wheel is extended out for 29mm. Luckily there isn't rubbing for now, perhaps I should wait and see.

Thanks guys! Nice too meet you all btw!

Look pretty good mate... Not great pics though as I can't really see how they sit in the arches. Can you get something looking up the side of the car to give us an idea of tucked/flush/poke. I'm particularly interested as I'm looking to buy spacers next month too.

Cheers mate, i got some more pictures to show you how the wheels sit,

Great shots and really useful to see. My wheels are 8.5" wide but with a 245 35 19 tyre so I think I will be fine with ET30. Thanks mate!
