Timing belt

Hi guys,

I hope you can help me out on this and give me the correct answer. When does a timing belt on a Audi A4 B8 S-Line needs to be changed, the vehicle I am currently looking to purchase has done 49K and is on 59 plate.

According to Service Booklet, Replacing toothed belt is carried out at 133,000 miles for 1.6 TDI/2.0TDI and 114,000 miles for 2.0TFSI.

I was also told every 4 years, is that correct.

According to Audi the 2.0tdi needs doing every 70k or 5 years, I posted about this when I got my car. Have a search of my posts

Sorry just checked my post it is 75k or 5 years for the 2.0tdi 143.
Best way to check for your particular one is to ask Audi as appsrently some are different?
