Jumping out of reverse

My 2009 A4 with manual transmission keeps jumping out of reverse when I'm driving straight up (in reverse obviously) a sloped road. Mileage is 58000 kilometers. What can cause this? No other problems have been observed.

Synchromesh on reverse may be knackered. I would take it to the dealers to check out first.

How easy is it to get in gear??

No problem getting it in gear. Gonna take it to the dealer this week.
