Door panel/trim change?

Good afternoon!


I just bought a complete Alcantara interior set with door panels all 4 doors.


My question is the following? Can we change just the door trim (the alcantara part), or shoud we change the whole door panels?


I ask because in the back door panels I have an original sun visor roll built in the panel.


So I would like to change just the trims where the materials differs:

I made pictures of my new alcantara door panel (down) and the current door panel with the sun-protector shade (up).





From this picture I do not see how I can change the trim to the alcantara version and save the sun-roll up... :\
