Black edition – without the Titanium rotors?

Whilst I think the Titanium rotors suit certain colours – I’m not keen on them and have spec'd
    the segmented alloys instead.
Although I’ve seen them on the S4 I've been getting concerned that I hadn’t seen a 'real' picture of a BE with them on…..had I made the wrong choice??

I’ve just found this and I personally think the segmented alloys will look better with Quartz grey:-

I've got a picture of a QG S4 on my desktop with those wheels and it looks very nice.

Hi guys, please could someone post some photos of the black edition avant with the 5 segment alloys ~ links above no longer working. Buying in December. It can't decide which colour/wheels to go for. Thanks.

The link was just to a used car for sale on the Audi website - if you search for 'black editions' on there
might be a few with the segmented alloys instead of the rotors!

I’ll try and upload some pix of mine when I get a chance.
Its down to personal preference but I’m really glad I spec the segmented alloys as I wanted Quartz grey and no other colour!
That said the titanium rotors do look the mutz nutz on a white car!

    Decisions, decisions!!

How long are they quoting for build / delivery these days? I had to wait 4 months!!

    Keef,

Thanks, will check it out. If you have a chance to upload some pics of yours i would really appreciate it. I think I'll end up going for the Lava Grey with the 5 Segments. The rotors do look the biz on the white version though but my wife hates white cars. I am changing my mind on a weekly basis at the moment!

They quoted me a March delivery in my local Stealer, but I won't be ordering until late December. Going for the 2.0TFSI Quattro, Multitronic, with heated seats, interior light pack, tech high and mobile prep high with built in wi-fi. Can't wait!

One question, did you go for the 20mm drop or 30mm S Line drop and how do you find it? Is the latter available with the 19" wheels?

Sorry for the delay – been working away.
I guess you’ve probably ordered by now but heres the pics anyway
I went for the 30mm drop which is available with 19” wheels – looks better imo!

Have you ordered yet - what did you go for??

    Cheers

Thanks Keef, looks v v nice, great colour choice & wheels, which look a lot better than the rotors. Haven't ordered yet, waiting to find out what my bonus will be this year, to see whether i can afford the 3.0 TDI. Will let you know what i go for. Cannot wait!
