Recommended engine oil for 2.0T FSI?

According to the Audi manual I should use VW 503 00 or VW 504 00 but what grade does this equate to? Also what brand do Audi recommend or is used by the dealers?

Audi recommend castrol.

I personally use castrol edge and for my car its 5w 30 for my 3.0 TDI.
