Help with VAG COM coding!

Can someone help me with the VAG COM coding for disabling the annoying “Beep! Beep!” when not using seatbelt on the driver seat ?
Also I need the code for changing language in FIS. Changing language in FIS will it also change the german woman who speaks to me when making phone calls ? J
I want in English.

I have an A4 2007 E8.

can you helpt me, is it like in 17 instruments or where ?
