Can anyone tell me if the RS4 foglight grills will fit directly onto the S-Line Bumper or do they fit with a little messing. Thanks

In short, no they don't as they are wider. What some people have done is cut the mesh out and glue it to the S-line ones but I don't think it really stands out.
