Pics of A4 with 19" Audi alloys

As above looking for pic's of an A4 (B7) wearing these as I am thinking of purchasing a new set.

They are lovely looking wheels , where are they for sale ? I have 17" twin spoke ( factory ) that give a fair compromise between ride and handling . A pal has 18 ( used to have 19" with 35 % aspect tyres truly dreadful ride and the wheels easily got wrecked over pot holes ) hence the move to 18" & 40% tyres still poorish ride though .
I would only buy if you could get 17"
