Does anyone know or have any tips on how to change the fuel pump in the tank?
its an 55plate 2.5tdi sport Cabrilolet A4.

Do i require any special tools? and will the system need bleeding??

any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do you know its faulty?

These are not really a lift pump but more a mover, the take fuel from cavities in tank to main section the pumping is done injector pump

Should be an inspection panel under back seat but the pump on older 2.5 was down in tank base

my dad has replaced the fuel pump to now find out theres actually nothing wrong with it. hes now worked out theres no power going to the fuse. Doesnt know why though. Any ideas??
