I know there have been many threads on this but do all BLB engines have chains? Or do later ones have gears? If its the later how do you tell what you have?
as far as I know, all blb engines have chains, the next engine was the bre and that has gears. So unless the blb had the conversion done ( I don't know how you can tell) it's a chain.
