Haha - well you type what I put, i.e.
[ i m g ] URL [ / i m g ]
...but remove all the spaces between the letters & square brackets and replace "URL" with the link to where the image is online. You'll need to upload it to somewhere first.
so you should end up with

Or go to http://imageshack.us/ click on browse then select the picture from your computer then just follow the instructions. They normally give you a line of text to copy and paste onto here which loads the image.
