had to have new ECU and fuel pump!!

I got my 2009 2.0 TDi B7 Cab back yesterday from the dealer. It had to have a new ECU and a new fuel pump.

They said that there was oil in fuel pump! Can anyone explain how this could have happened?

Good day, perhaps this should be on the A4 B8 forum? I'm guessing yours is a 'new' type A4?

No, this is the correct forum, as the car is a 2009 final edition B7. There is no such thing as a B8 A4 cabrio.... Audi used the A5 instead.

Not sure how oil could get into the fuel pump unless it was in the fuel tank...which is a bit worrying.
