non Easy Access seats in my Cabriolet

My seat backs go forward as described in the manual but when I try to push the seat forward for easy access they will not move.

Is there a re-set procedure or will this be a dealer visit - only collected the car last week!!
 
Hi, When you press the switch and the seat back goes forward, you then push the seat back a little more forward and the seat should move
