Alloy Centre Caps - paint coming off

Can anyone tell me where i can buy replacement centre caps, or more specifically the rings that go around my centre caps, as the paint is coming off them and they base plastic yellowish colour is visible. Or would I be better off respraying them? If so, can anyone point me in the right direction of where i would obtain the right spray paint?

I have the same wheels, and the center bit a whole load has come off on one of the front wheels. I dnt know what you can do to fix it, maybe get them people who refurb alloys to look at it. But im getting some rs4 wheels so il b trying to sell my wheels for some cash
